Just in case there was a question.I wish for no one to be burdened wondering what to do, and I wish that no one have to care for me in any sort of vegetative condition. If I can not/will not be able to care for/control myself there is no reason to me to go on.

In order for your wishes to be legal, you need to fill out an Advanced Directive. You can probably download one from the internet.
yep, and it sure saves your loved ones a lot of trouble if ALL of your paper work has been filled out and documented and even tho it may cost more now, it really is better to go ahead and get a lawyer to draw it all up.
